[List] Price does not include local taxes. Tariff imposed by law, for such taxes, it is a customer's responsibility to take care of them.
[At time of concluding transaction contract]
Sales contract, shall be established at the time of sending the order confirmation e-mail from our company to our customers.
[Cancel and replace it with a return of order]
If you wish to cancel the order after the sales contract is concluded, please contact our Support Center directly. Exchange of goods or return after delivery is, only possible if you have contacted us within 7 days from the arrival of the goods. Irregardless of the previous section, cancellation of the order of the following goods, or return of goods or exchange can not be accepted.
1) opened package or used goods
2) under your possession, products got scratches and dirtied in anyway
3) any accessories or part, including a package (bag / case) itself is missing
4) food and drink (including health food), oysters and other unprocessed material
5) products that are tailor-made or processed according to your order
6) In addition, products that are clearly specified to be unreturnable
7) Roll sticker (because it is made to order after payment)
8) Products that have been shipped outside Japan
If products are defective, or wrong products are shipped, then postage applied to the return or exchange of goods our company will bear. Postage cost to return or exchange for the convenience of customers, the shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
Except for the case mentioned in the preceding article, for defects of goods we marketed, we do not offer any guarantee.

? When it is ordering multiple items at a time, if some products out of stock, there are times by our discretion. we do not ship the ordered items until all the goods that have been ordered are ready for shipping,

About shipment of goods, we make standard export packing to withstand international transport. For damage caused by poor packing, we assume responsibility. But we can not bear responsibility for accidents caused by cargo handling failure by the customer.
Unless there is a separate agreement, the risk of loss or damage of goods, from the time that the goods is carried into the sea transport carrier or air transport carrier in Japan, shall pass to the customer side. However, until the payments for goods is completed, we shall retain the ownership.
E Non-fulfillment of commodity shipping or contractual obligations, a breach of carrying contract, for reasons beyond our control, such as war, civil war, riots, labor disputes, epidemics, fire, typhoon, flood, earthquake, out port entry ban, or by the management of government, we do not bear responsibility for the delay.

This contract or in relation to it, all disputes that may arise between the parties, controversy, or if you are unable to resolve the differences of opinion between the parties, in Japan, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Association , we shall settle by arbitration. Arbitral award that arbitrator has ruled is final, and it shall be binding on both parties
E Establishment of this Agreement, the efficacy, with respect to performance and interpretation it is assumed that Japanese law is applied.
E This term will be effective from February 1, 2015.
